So disappointed. I don’t often use it. The Shark Genius Mop stops steaming . This is my second Shark mop and the SAME ISSUE is happening again.
Save your money and buy a different brand.

I have had this unit for less than a year but probably only used it 4 times. I use w mop since it’s just easier to not have to plug it in. It worked 1 month ago when I used it. I put it away without any water in the tank. Filled it and it’s not producing any steam. After a few videos to trouble shoot it and no luck I’m ready to toss it. A waste of money because nothing last anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Let me introduce you to my new best friend!! 😍 The features on this steam mop have improved so much since I had my first shark 8 years ago. I have used about 5 different ones over the years and this one is far superior in both cleaning power and ease of function! While I am a romantic at heart, I’m also very practical (when it comes to disposables lol) Soooo, I may have mentioned to my kid’s to let my husband know that I would prefer a new steam mop over the pricy flowers that will die that he likes to buy for Valentine’s Day. 😂 (He half-listened and did both, haha!) This system cost a little bit more, but I can tell that it’s worth that difference and getting the replacement plan is always a good idea! 🔺 It even has a BLASTER for tough spots! Shark have improved the microfiber pads to “dirt-grip”pads, which have scrubbing sections built into the pad On BOTH sides. 🙏 All you do is flip the mop head for a clean side of the pad. Honestly, I have 4 kids and no need for a side that doesn’t scrub lol..) so this is perfect! Also, the mop head opens with the push of a button, which releases the dirty pad without having to shimmy it off potentially burning your hand like some of us impatients have done before. 😆 The one I got even has a triangular head for corners and it’s own pad. 🔹Clearly I could go on all day.. but that’ll do. 🤣 I have been using it for 2 weeks and even my 12 year old motivationally challenged daughter used it, didn’t complain about how to change the pad (it’s easy!) and it did a good job. 👏 (I didn’t even have to reclean it lol) If you want a good clean floor and are hoping to save time, I think this may just be the one! 💍

It works but takes time and alot of cleaner. I didn't enjoy using this stream cleaner. I found it frustrating and time-consuming, having to wash the fabric often was a pain. Would be better with a solid head with a brush.

It is perfect for hardwood and tile floors . Easy to maintain just need water to fill the tank. You can flip the mop head and pad over to use the other side.👌 Set the setting for steam from low to high. Use steam blaster for a powerful burst of targeted steam to touch stains.
