The best steam mop!

Okay so I'm reading the reviews on this Stark Steam mop. Model # S5003D. And I do not understand what anyone is complaining about. I have a house cleaning business & for 9yrs now ive used... ONLY Shark vacuums & steam mops. In 9yrs I've had 2. My first shark steam mop I had for 6yrs, this mop model #S5003D I've used for 3yrs now and it is still going strong. And I use it at least 2 to 4 times a week! So you can understand my confusion when reading the negative comments. Over the years I've come to know the ends & outside of using these gadgets.
#1. Use ONLY water
#2. Do NOT let the water level get LOW or run OUT of water when its turned on.
That's it! I absolutely love this mop, it has saved me time at work & the 3 levels allow me to go from cleaning hardwood floors to tile floors & back!
Hands down best mop out there!

Worked great, however the filling flask was cracked upon opening the box the first time leaking all over the place. Shark needs to be accountable and replace this part immediately when addressed.

Purchased this mop February 2020 and the filling flask used to fill tank is cracked. Water leaked all over the counter. Shark needs to look at the vendor of these flasks, because it is definitely a manufacturing issue. The Dirt Grip Pad started to fray after one use. Was hoping to get an additional pad as some sort of consideration for this Fair product.

Love The Swivel Effect

I bought this item a year ago. Yes, it cleans and the steam is great. Two things I hate. 1) there's no kick stand to prop it up when not using. It has fallen so many times when I stop to move furniture or stop to take a phone call. 2) Why is there no on/off switch? Again if I stop to move something around I have to unplug it. If I'm far away and don't want to walk on what I just cleaned I pull the chord from the wall ( which everyone says you shud not do). Why is it so hard to put an on/off switch?

Save your money. This does not work. 99% of the time, it does not heat up. The 1% of the time it does, it does not stay on. Garbage. Buy something else.

Leaking and no steam after a year and a half :(

I loved this at first, mainly because it was double sided and fairly hands-free. I’ve owned it for almost a year and a half and I’d say a few months back the steam wasn’t coming out as powerfully as it once did. Now it leaks water from the bottom leaving small puddles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought two and both stopped working

I bought one and loved it but it stopped working after a few years. We bought another and again now it stopped working after like a year and a half. This is horrible and I’m so upset.
