[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bag would've been good if it was an actual backpack. I contacted customer service asking them to send straps for the back but now that I consider it that may not resolve the issue. There's no place up top for straps to go. I really want them to send me what I paid for. They want you to send it back for inspection first.

Thank you so much for your review on this product, and I apologize that there is some confusion on how to convert this product into a backpack. The 5th photo down, in the product photos, shows the back of the bag while it is in backpack mode. To convert to a backpack, one side of the included strap should be clipped onto the d-rings on the back of the bag and then the strap is threaded through the webbing pocket below the top carry handle. Then the other end of the strap is clipped to second d-ring on the back. Someone will be reaching out to you via email with an annotated photo to show you were the strap is threaded through. We are hoping to have a demonstration video up in the near future to show how to fully convert the bag. Hope that this clears up the confusion for you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this bag for more than just business trips! I love it so much. It is stylish, functional and very spacious. It is the perfect size to use as a carry-on for my flights, and it holds everything from my laptop to a spareness change of clothes. The gold detail is beautiful, and the various ways to wear this bag are great. I have been using it mainly as a backpack, but it is still convenient to carry it as a purse. I cannot get enough of this bag!
