[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I received this bag I've used it for both business and personal. It is very spacious and looks very stylish. The perfect bag for all your needs and its also day to day user friendly. The only downside is the loop for the back pack strap. As it was designed for you to have to use the top handle as a strap/loop. It be nice to have the same three anchor points. Other than that I think this bag is great.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Backpack straps

Fits 14 inch laptop, straps take getting used to

I only use this bag for commuting to and from work and it works well. I can fit my 14 inch laptop vertically and horizontal and that still leaves a bit of additional space. I like the versatility of this bag but the straps hurt just a tad bit because there's no cushion to them. I have had to make sure my straps are super short so the bag sits right on my back, high up. In addition, because the backpack straps aren't sewn into the backpack, when you take it off as you would a normal backpack, the straps slip through all the way to the other side which can be very annoying so I've had to learn how to properly take it off. When I first looked at this bag online, I thought it would be small but it's actually bigger than anticipated. from a width perspective. I can fit 1 laptop, 2 notebooks, 1 sunglass case, 1 16oz water bottle, pens, wallet, keys, hand sanitizer, and a pair of heels in there just fine. I would recommend this bag. I haven't had a chance to test out the water repellant nature of it yet but I'm happy I purchased it.

Not a comfortable and usable backpack. Straps thin and dig into neck. Also, as other reviews mentioned, it is very difficult to put on due how the strap is woven in through the loop. Waste of money. Quality of the bag itself is good and it looks good. So if you are using for the handle part of bag, you may like it.

I returned as I also wanted to use instead of my backpack which I use for work everyday. And liked the different ways you could carry bag. Didn't have the additional compartments I was looking for in a daily back pack. And the backpack option didnt like the feel as didn't feel secure and bulky. The cross body option seemed to sit weird and not flush, when folded over more bulky as in pictures. But is a beautiful color. But if you wanted to use ONLY for traveling use handle or cross body for traveling then you may like.

The backpack strap has clasps that are brass plated plastic, not even metal. The bag is very light, but the hooks are flimsy. The seams are very loose

I bought this bag for on board essentials, book, computer and other things I need on a 17 hour flight to Doha and beard to Bali. It’s well made & has structure. Clever multipurpose strap serves as strap for cross body & backpack! Very nice.
