Useless as a backpack

This bag looks great a bag but it's useless as a backpack. The straps are only for some little skinny woman. Returned ASAP. WASTE OF MONEY. And will have to pay a return fee. Very lame
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best parts about it is that it is a convertible style so there are various ways to use itn you can carry it by the handles, as a backpack, as a purse, as a crossbody , or a clutch. It holds up to a 15.6 inch laptop but it is almost too small for it. The bag didn't come with instructions to do the straps for the backpack so I had to look it up online and once that was done, I was able to carry it the way I wanted. The bag is not extremely insulated but I haven't had any issue of damage to my computer. One of the best pros is that it has looottsss of compartments. This bag is very versatile and it seems that it is sturdy and will last a long time . I would recommend this product to others.

Awesome Bag.... So Many Users Terribly Confused!!!

Please create a video or instructions for using this bag as a backpack soon! It is so sad to read about so many people being confused about how this works, and it could have saved Samsonite from receiving so many negative reviews on this product. I admit, I too was confused at first, but upon looking at the product online and reviewing the provided pictures, I easily noticed the loop underneath the handles that serves as the anchor point for the backpack feature. I'm excited about using this bag for both personal and professional occasions and am thrilled that I've made this wonderful purchase.

I've taken it with me on 2 flights and I love that it's waterproof & fits everything I need with me in one bag. My tablet, phone, all my carry on items. Keeps everything organized & easy to find. Absolutely love Samsonite & can not recommend them more!

I bought this for a trip with intentions of wearing it backpack style. It is completely useless in this way, as the bag slides too much, it is beyond frustrating to put on.
