Straps are too short to be used as a backpack. They need to have more room to extend to be used by ALL body types. This is limiting the use of this to a minimum of 2 uses and not 3 as promised.

Good, not great. There isn't a laptop sleeve which would be ideal and my 15.6 inch laptop does not fit in the bag (just barely) so I have to keep it unzipped. It's cute, but not as functional as I was hoping.

it is good bag. size is just about right, looks good and very good craftsmanship. only concern is, the shoulder strap is may be too wide or for some other reason it tend to slip off.

Overall it's ok,very light and nice size..the only downside is,the separate strap for backpack,I was expecting there is another separate strap like what is in a normal backpack or even an attached backpack strap that can be hidden in the pockets
