Love this except nylon straps…

I wanted to give this bag 5 stars, but it will NOT stay on my shoulder. It slides off almost immediately — as soon as o throw it over my shoulder. I love everything else about it: the pockets, the bag shape, the space for, the color scheme, the luggage handle slide. It’s perfect (if only it would stay up on my shoulder and not fall off every time I move). Update the straps and you’ll have a new customer! I gave to my 9 yo niece….
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had recently purchased the deluxe backpack looking for my upcoming vacation with my family. I had tried 3 other backpacks before finding this one. It is the perfect size and the material is such a nice quality. The navy blue is a beautiful color and I love all the compartments for all of the different things I will be needing to carry on vacation. It isn't too big or too small! I can't wait to use it on my trip!

Love it but a few problems

I really like this backpack but the shoulder straps are very slippery. They are made out of the same nylon as the rest of the backpack so they constantly slip off my shoulder. After taking this on one work trip the Metal Samsonite Logo on the front fell off. Wish this had a water bottle holder on the side. Overall this is a nice backpack that holds my necessities but could certainly benefit from improvements.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Good Capacity, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Not easy to carry
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful, very smart looking, and functional! Lots of thoughtful details and Samsonite quality. For the price I really don't think I could have done better. I know I'm gushing, but its hard to find perfect bags and this one is perfect--absolutely love it!!!
