Beautiful but disappointing

I bought this bag as a Christmas present for my daughter, a senior in college who is beginning to professionalize her accessories. She loved the bag and has received many compliments on its appearance. But I expect a Samsonite product to hold up -- it's been less than a month and the bottom of the bag already has a tear in it. She's not throwing the bag around or traveling in rough places -- this putting it down in classrooms, libraries, dining halls. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lightweight, modern, enough pockets and compartments. Zippers are strong, gold chain look like. It has a ton of room and 15 inch laptop, plus iPad and notepads will fit perfectly fine. After so much research with designer bags, I can assure this is a great quality inexpensive backpack ideal for work, school or travel. Love it!

I like this backpack! Small and compact. Great quality. The water bottle pocket won’t hold a big bottle; a 16.9 oz bottle fits best. When I have my laptop & it’s power cord packed in, along with a tablet, there’s not a whole lot of room left- but enough for a few more office/business items or a light article of clothing. I like it a lot! :)

I am 5’ 2” and the bag does take up my back. I am petite. I bought the grey and it is very pretty. I wanted this bag because of the two way zippers and the top opens up wide so I can take my laptop out easily. Thank you.

The quality and design are both amazing AND its gorgeous! It's all in one backpack style is extremely functional and you can never go wrong with such a classy look. It's also really comfortable to have on or carry. I love that it is big enough to hold my laptop or tablet plus extras! Everything is very easily accessible and roomy. Another thing that really appreciate is how nice the lining is in the interior. Plus, this size is absolutely perfect for me. Some days it also doubles as my purse and briefcase. It's High End Quality as well as High End Beauty! This is a great all around Go-To Backpack! Truly Impressed. Would definitely recommend.

After much research online and identifying exactly what I needed, I chose this bag and I'm very happy with my purchase. I was looking for a bag that is convenient for domestic plane travel, that looks sharp when I need to dress nicer than casual, and is also not very delicate for when I'm in harsher work environments. All the pockets fit everything I need. (My favorite pocket is inside the top flap where I keep all my cords handy and organized.) The only thing I add inside is keeping a clutch for when I need to switch gears from a backpack. I took that idea from the SJP bag, which I liked, but it was too much bag for me. I initially bought this bag for travel but I've started using it as my go-to bag for daily use in the office now. Definitely recommend!
