Pockets don't fit Passport? WHAT?!?!?!?

Failed at the first hurdle. Went to put my passport into the packets in the outer zipped flap, the only small pockets in the bag, and they are not wide enough. How could you get that one basic detail wrong? It is virtually useless as a travel bag when you cannot quickly access your passport. Fishing around for it in a larger pocket that is 2 zippers inside the bag and also needs to be used for other things? Not a very mobile solution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this bag to commute to work. It holds my laptop, tablet, phone, and documents with ease. The dedicated areas for each item truly help keep you organized. Recently I traveled with this bag and loved the dedicated loop on the back that held it to my rolling suitcase. With such beauty and quality I know ill be using this bag for years to come!

I had this backpack for a year when the zip broke. I think the material is too delicate. I am sorry about that because I use to like it a lot.

I have been using this backpack for at least 2 weeks now and for a person like me with herniated disk, it doesn’t make my back hurt even if I carry a heavy laptop. My only complaint are the zippers. They open too easily especially the side zippers so I don’t put anything on the sides otherwise items may fall out. Maybe an umbrella is okay.

The backpack is larger than I hoped. It is not compact or attractive. The fabric is nice, but stains easily. The smaller right side pocket is not deep enough so when I open it, contexts fall right out. The laptop pocket is too big for modern laptops and wastes space in the main compartment. There isn’t structure to hold the shape of the bag when not carrying a laptop. I need to just start my own work bag company. These aren’t hard problems to solve.
