[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range in December 2024. I really like all the other appliances in this package. I bought this range because it was an induction range.
I’m not really crazy about it. The turn on function is frustrating and is hard to control. The section where you control the heat for the range is constantly beeping at me. Should I brush across it even with a kitchen towel. You cannot put anything on top of the stove that isn’t an induction pan. Otherwise it just beeps at you all the time. It’s inconvenient that I can’t take something out of the oven and put it on top for your even just a moment without it beeping at me To put on the timer for cooking is also not so simple. My biggest complaint is that one time is over, it beeps once it beeps once it beeps once.(Yes, I said that three times) If you’re in another part of the house, you might miss that one beep that isn’t very loud. I was baking today and missed the timer, which means my bread was overcooked. I have looked for ways to change the settings for sound and duration of sound, but I cannot find it. The range functions properly as it should. Baking, roasting, and air frying are all great features. I really wish the controls worked better.

Cumbersome user interface for stove top controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The user interface, timer, and chimes/alerts are a bit disappointing. Unless KitchenAid overhauls their stove top controls and simplifies the user interface, I will not consider buying one again when this one goes out. Also, I don't like how the oven turns off automatically when the cook timer completes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too Soon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably Too Early to Review. My kitchen renovation was just recently completed and painters are coming next week. I've used my range just two or three times, with mixed results. Prefer regular to convection since I'm more familiar with the former and haven't figured out the induction piece yet.
