[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this range since February. Never used an induction range and am very disappointed that it did not come with an owner’s manual. Only a few instructions plus a sheet on how to use the air fry feature. Love how quickly it heats up and cooks well with my new pans.

Happy With Induction

Still getting used to the difference but in general very satisfied and love the fact there is no residual heat when you are cooking. . Impressed with the speed and response of the induction elements. So far pleased with the oven performance as well and love the top rack slide out feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the inside of the oven and its features. I previously owned a Samsung induction stove and the glass top was far easier to clean and maintain. Also, I find that it’s much hotter to the touch when in use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Temperamental stove top controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the appliance for a couple weeks and enjoy the induction more than I thought, it's very responsive and accurate, the only down side is the controls on the glass top are not always responsive and it can take several tries to get the touch pad to respond to my touch . Maybe this is me getting used to the right amount of pressure to apply or something with my touch, but it is not as responsive as I would wish. The oven is great but using the air fry mode with fried chicken causes a lot of smoke , the self clean mode is good for the bottom tray but does not do much for the sides . Temps are very accurate in the oven .

You would think for what you pay you would get instructions (book, paper) nothing.
It is nice looking and seems to be well built.
We are hoping in time to come it will become a 4 or 5 with using it daily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Didn’t work first time I went to use it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went to use my new range and it doesn’t work correctly. The buttons on the oven screen won’t work. It won’t preheat correctly. The scary part is the oven would turn on by itself and get super hot. It would eventually alarm and tell you it’s on and hot and it shouldn’t be. Needless to say, we turned the electrical breaker off. Don’t want to burn down our new home. We called kitchen aid and they said they would fix it through warranty. It took 4 days to get someone out(soonest available) and now I have been waiting over 2 weeks for parts. They just delayed me 9 more days because they are waiting on 1 last part. Very very disappointed.. apparently this product has had these problems before per what the appliance guy said. So they replacing extra parts to make sure they covering all the bases. Doesn’t leave me feeling confident about my range. Do your self a favor and buy a different range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The air fry feature is a great bonus, and the sliding oven rack makes things so much easier. The only downside is that the surface shows fingerprints pretty easily, and I wish the drawer was slightly larger"
