Nice range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the new range. The induction cooktop and convection oven are new to me. I am learning how to use them, and it has been fun.
Some minor issues -
1) My old KitchenAid had a black and gray speckled cooktop. The new all-black cooktop shows more dirt. Easy to clean up but I must keep after it. Perhaps the all-black is more "neutral" to go better with countertops.
2) About the controls - I have fingers which don't interact well with the controls. Sometimes I must try three or four times before I get a response. Also, I often use "Boost" for my teapot but it is small and hard to read the control for something I use every day.

Great choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good induction / convection oven. The electronic temperature control is not particularily user friendly, and the opening handle for the low compartment is great to knock your ankle on. Overall pretty satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mystery to operate
on November 19, 2024

Just received my new induction range today, very excited...but found the manual wanting. Also searched the website. Very little to nothing published in the way of instruction on operating the burners on the top of the range. Checked out the manual and the Product Guide, which are apparently the same thing, but found no guidance. I can make it work, but some of the electronic controls are a mystery (i.e. the melt/boil wording next to the front burner controls -- don't see how these are activated, can't find any instructions pertaining thereto.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new stove. I do wonder why one of my elements makes such a loud noise. Not all the elements are noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far excellent stove. The convection bake seems to take longer to cook things if there are multiple dished in the oven. Have not tried the air fryer yet.

Horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Range two months ago. The oven temp was not calibrated. When I check with my oven thermometer, the oven is 25-50 degrees off. It is unpredictable and unable to hold a constant temp. The glass top cracked after the first month
This morning I called in to make a service appointment. 21/2 hours later I am still I hold.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the range for 3 months now. The induction stove and the oven work fine but there are quality and design issues. The stainless steel surface at the front of the range is already scratched and shedding small metal slices. Also, having the range controls under the front/center of the range surface is a very poor design. You can cover the controls by sliding pots/pans off of the front two heating elements or taking something out of the oven and placing it on the stove - so you can't change settings for the heating elements. The range then gives sound when the controls are covered by warm/hot cookware.
