Slow to preheat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks very nice, somewhat difficult to clean the exterior stainless (not fingerprint resistant). Not at all happy about oven preheating, takes much too long to preheat. I have not tried the air fry feature yet. Cooktop works well, love induction top.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the move to induction cooking. Very fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely like the induction stove - I love the way it heats immediately. Water boils in less than a minute. The oven seems to take a long time to heat up - about twice the time that my old Kitchenaid did. I haven't tried baking in it yet. I do like the 3 racks and the fact that one can be pulled out with the pan still on it. I did try the air fry feature with the included basket and didn't think it did any better a job than putting the potatoes on a greased cookie sheet. I think the booklet explaining how to turn all the burners on should come with it. I had to find it online and call a friend to figure out what I was looking for. All in all I'm glad I bought it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall works fine and easy to cleanup spills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this stove for a few weeks now and overall like it. While the controls are easy to get used to, like others have stated they are sometimes too sensitive. As an example if you have a pot of water boil over slightly and try to mop up the spill with a towel it will generally turn all stove elements off. The other thing that was dissapointing was the time it takes the large element to bring a large pot to a boil for something like corn on the cobb, even when using the "boost" setting. In fact have found the boost will revert to setting 9 before reaching the boil and you have to reset it to boost. Actually think it takes longer to come to a boil than our old glasstop electric range. On plus side small pots of liquid come to boil quickly and with the wide range of setting it is easy to get exactly what temp you want after that.

Overall great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very happy with our new range. The touch controls and display will take some getting used to as they are finicky if they get wet or something hot is near them.
I love how fast water boils but I find the automatic boil setting is slower than just setting at the high temperature.
We also love the air fry function!

No documentation manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two problems with the range. There is a small chip in the glass top that I didn't see until the delivery guys left and when I went online to find the manual, it shows no documents available for my model. I'm sure it has great features, I just don't know how to use them.

Great when it worked

Great when it worked. Ours was blowing breakers about 19 months into ownership. They couldn't fix it after 6 weeks of it not working so it's being reimbursed. Luckily we got the extended warranty.

Rapide et réactif

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] J'adore cuisiner avec le four à induction qui est très réactif. La four a dû être calibré à +25f et il fonctionne bien suite à cet ajustement. Il est long aussi à chauffer. En gros, je suis bien satisfait.

Disappointing
on October 1, 2024
Posted by: MH24
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of issues with the stove. First, the dimensions at the bottom are wider than what the space requirements call for and I had to move a lower cabinet to fit it in. Second, it is overly complicated and operating instructions are poor. Third, it gets very very hot in one spot on the back grill which worries me a lot but apparently is normal. Finally the silicone around the outside of the cooktop traps crumbs and is difficult to clean.
