[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, I love this range. However, I'm a bit disappointed that it came with a malfunctioning stove top. The lock feature on the stove top was defective. It's not a huge deal but I do have grandchildren that I don't want to get burnt. Since it's touch top. I feel that the lock needs to work. The good news is that they will be replacing the entire stove top. It's just disappointing to pay that kind of money and already have to have any part replaced the first few days upon installation. The range itself is phenomenal however. I love the induction feature. I can boil water from cold to boiling in about 20 seconds. And I love being able to control the temperature with the touch of a button. If I turn it down it actually goes down instantly. If I turn it up it instantly goes up. I've never had so much control.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A fantastic upgrade from our old oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a great oven that coos well and the range boils water so fast its amazing every time. the oven does seem to tke a little longer than my previous one to preheat and the instructions could be much improved. But for the most part the over control panel is very intuitive. I also like how quiet it is.

Everything I ever wanted in a range

The induction top is fast and responsive, the sir fry is s great for finger foods and as a baker it is better than any other oven I have used. It cleans easily and is a beautiful addition to my new kitchen.

Looks good but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this range so much. Now I have it and there are few things I don’t like about it already. I regret buying this oven because I have to live with this a long time. I just don’t want to go thru the hastle of return and shopping/buying another one. In addition I have the matching microwave so I would need to return that too! 1) the controls for the range section are not easy to see for those of us with poor sight and pretty complicated it’s annoying 2) the oven outside gets very hot to touch and just a 45 minute baking makes the kitchen, whole first floor of the house very warm. Not sure how thanksgiving is going to be like.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Electronic/computer issues

We have had this product for two years and have had problems with it. First, we had beeping that wouldn’t stop, so we had to unplug it and plug it back on. That’s happened several times. Now the burners shut off as soon as I start them, it beeps every thirty seconds when I use the oven, and twice it started beeping during the night — for hours.
Also the steam cleaning feature doesn’t work at all on grease, which is, of course, the biggest culprit in oven messes.
If everything worked it would be great. We have a repairman coming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good range but you’re on your own to figure it out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is great once you get the hang of it. The manual and the customer service are horrible. The manual tells you way more than you need to know about the air fryer function (which I’ll never use) and cleaning the oven (good to know but 1st thing? Tell me how to turn it on first. And there’s nothing about the lock function, which seems to kick in frequently.
