[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this Induction Range. I previously had a gas range and I will never go back! This Induction range cooks everything so perfectly, It’s super easy to use. Cleaning the top is fast and effortless! My house never heated up while using the oven which is always great specially in the summer months. You will have to buy special cookware meant for an induction range. I love that the top wont turn on if there isn’t a pan on it. When we first turned the oven on it smoked to the point where we thought something really bad was wrong with it but after some research, that is normal and you should set oven to 350 degrees for an hour or more to burn off factory oils that are on the stove. After doing that I didn’t have anymore issues with it smoking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got my hands on a KitchenAid Convection Range and I have to say, I'm loving it! First of all, It is easy to use and clean.
Stainless Steel color is so sleek and modern, that it fits perfectly in my kitchen.
Air Fry Mode is by far my favorite. It's guilt-free and gives me the perfect crispy crunch I crave. And Dishwasher-Safe basket is a huge plus for me. I don't want to spend extra time cleaning after a meal.
Even-Heat True Convection feature is a game-changer. I'm no longer worried about unevenly cooked cakes or cookies. I made my favorite honey cake and it was perfectly baked.
But what really surprised me was the Steam Bake option. It adds moisture to my baking, resulting in the perfect crust and moist interior. It's like I'm a professional baker!
Overall, I highly recommend the KitchenAid Convection Range. It has exceeded all my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying my new range! It replaced one that was 15 years old. I enjoy cooking with an electric range, the top surface is so easy to clean. No awkward metal burners to clean. With this induction range,as soon as you turn it off it stops cooking immediately. This makes it nice during warm weather as it doesn't heat up your kitchen! My favorite feature is the boil boost mode. It can bring a pot of water to boil incredibly fast! In less than 2 minutes I have 4 cups of water to a full boil. We are tea drinkers,so we use this every day. Faster than the microwave or electric kettle. I was happy to retire my kettle and make more room on the counter. I like the air fry feature, the crisper basket works well especially for large quantities. Gotta love that the basket is dishwasher safe. I was happy to take my air fryer off the kitchen counter for more space! I was not familiar with cooking with a convention oven. No worries! There is a Easy Convect button that automatically converts your recipes to convection. I baked some brownies and they came out very moist and baked evenly. This range has safety features that are great if you have small kids around. Almost impossible to accidentally turn this stove on. I'm looking forward to seeing a reduction in my electric bill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really thrilled with my new induction stove and convection oven with air fryer. It’s fun to use and I still can’t believe how fast the burners heat up then immediately cool down when the pot is removed! The range also looks really sleek and clean in my kitchen. When my LG fridge and dishwasher die I will replace them with KitchenAid

Great range, steep learning curve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about a month ago. Like it so far, but the fact that it did not come with a manual is a downer. For a range of this quality and price, a professional manual should be included. The advice "You can download it from the website" leaves much to be desired! Running back and forth between computer and range is tedious, as is printing out 85 pages of instructions!

It alarms.

I bought this oven four years ago. Bought new pots and pans to go with it. I cook three meals a day on this and I absolutely hate it. It alarms at the craziest times. It turns OFF when you are cooking stir fry. If water spills from noodles, it turns off. It turns off just for the hang of turning off! As far as the oven goes. It is large! which I love when family comes. However, plan on waiting. There is no air fry quickly here. It can take 30 minutes to get to 350.00!! I also have the bottom oven. That is nice! for rolls. HOWEVER, you can't put a small cake pan in there. It's not deep enough. So, you can't keep your sweet potatoes warm while waiting for the turkey. WHY in the world would you put all of those alarms on things?? we are not idiots! It turns off whenever I fry chicken. The stove- The double burner doesn't work with my griddle. It gets the front burner hot and the back burner cool. Even if they are set at the same number. Oh just SIGH At the time, this is the red button range. It was the best, professional they called it! Well, there is not a professional in the world who could tolerate this over turning off with stir fry or frying fish or chicken, or cooking vegetables that drip on the stove, or noodles that boil. WHO did this?

Worst freaken oven ever made, hade it repaired 3 times still the same stupid things happen, 1rst will constantly beep as if something hot is on the buttons even though the over has nothing on it and is squiky clean, untill you unplug it, even though you turned all the alarm off 2 every few weeks it will decide to not turn on when it wants its friday night right now cooktop not working, even though the board and top got replaced last month for the 2nd time
Even added a surge protector to my house panel because the power turned off one day and fried the board, meanwhile nothing ever went wrong with my 30k+ of computers and electronics that were also on at the time

Moved Away from Gas and Not Looking Back
on July 30, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it for a couple of months now, and I couldn't be happier. My former range was a KitchenAid professional gas one--tremendous workhorse that lasted 20 years with only a couple of blown panels because of overheating during self-cleaning (which I then stopped using). Know also that I'm an avid cook who looks forward to the zen of chopping and sautéeing after a long day at work.
With all of that said, I'm never going back to gas. Induction is faster to heat things up, quicker to adjust, more energy-efficient, and easier to clean. The amount of heat it produces in the kitchen is significantly lower. And the (electric) oven is much quieter than gas.
This particular model is also drop-dead gorgeous, with clean lines, no knobs, a large oven window, an oven light that actually illuminates the interior well, and much more.
If you've used induction before you'll know that there's a very faint buzz when it's operating. I hardly notice it. A bit more annoying is the fact that, when another pot sits on an turned-off heating element, there's a very slight "click" every few seconds, as if the range is on a loop detecting the pot over and over. As an engineer, that annoys me a little.
As for the unit's design, the one thing that's pretty annoying is that, when using one of the "easy" oven programs, the screen does not show the actual oven temperature but rather the target temperature. When do you know the oven is up to temperature, you ask? Well, you don't. Fortunately, I don't use "easy" programs often and go for fully manual instead, which does show you everything you need to know.
