Lovin’ my new oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the range but the cooktop isn’t level which is disappointing. The oven takes forever to warm up but once it does the temperature is perfect. The rollout extension rack makes using the oven so much easier especially with heavier items. The users manual could use some attention, because I found the instructions to be lacking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a definite learning curve coming from gas to induction; however, I honestly believe that the gas was harming my respiratory health. I DID have to adjust the temperature of the oven so the online book wasn't correct (it was baking 25 degrees too low). The one thing about the cooktop that I do not like is the buzzing and clicking of the cooking surface. Seems like the noise should have been engineered out. You lost a star because of the buzzing and clicking.

Not as easy as it looks to figure out1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is my first induction and what a nice change for speed of turning down the temp. The stove I find takes longer to heat up then I expected, also it hums/clicks while doing so. The over takes way too long to warm up, over 10 minutes to reach set temperature. Really have to watch how you input the temperature you want, it has to have the right directions to get the results you want. Timer only beeps once, then turns off!! Guess I'm still learning but lots to learn.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oven dead on arrival.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the appliance over a month now and the oven still does not work. 2 Repair attempts and even an attempt to replace the unit from the retailer (with a damaged unit that I rejected). Pitiful...waiting yet another week for service attempt #3.
