Perfect Roast Chicken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was committed to gas cooking…and when it came time to replace my oven, I explored induction and was drawn to it for environment reasons.
I’m sold on it, have found the stovetop as responsive, similar to gas in terms of control. The acid test for me is roast chicken. It was perfect and uniformly brown in my new oven. I’m looking forward to Christmas baking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful stove/range. Excellent even oven heating. Boost induction feature “REALLY” works! Love induction cooking, as I have a portable commercial induction single appliance which I’ve had for over a dozen years. I’ve had a defibrillator in my chest for over 10 years and I’ve had no problems using induction cooking. The only feature that is missing from my new stove is the “Smart” feature which would allow me to hook my range up to the Internet. I’m definitely enjoying my new Kitchenaid induction range.

Great induction range for upgrading

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on a campaign to get rid of my unhealthy gas appliances. This induction range is great! It heats fast and evenly and the surfaces are easy to clean. Only one very minor problem. There is a small groove around the surface perimeter that takes a little effort to clean. But it's no big deal. I would recommend this range for anyone upgrading their appliances to new, non-toxic, eco-friendly electrics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buyer beware, I am speaking to myself really. I was so consumed with the look and some of the funtionality I passed over that this is an induction stove. Only certain pots and pans work..expensive lesson learned.
One thing I do not like is the sound cooking on the stove emits. High pitched and very headache inducing.
It does cook evenly and rapid boil is amazing but, wouldn't buy it again.
