Not repairable after 4 years!

Unrepairable because KitchenAid stopped making the part that broke! After 4 years of use a component in the control panel failed and started beeping all the time. KitchenAid no longer bothered to manufacture the component, so the whole range needs to be replaced! Unacceptable customer service. Unacceptable standard of production.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this range so that my mother who has dementia can’t accidentally turn on the stove. I’m now thinking “how have I lived life without an induction stove. It’s my favorite of the several appliances I’ve bought. 1. It’s very beautiful 2. It’s not a huge learning curve. 3. Heats evenly and quickly. 4.You can’t turn on a burner if there isn’t an induction friendly pot on the burner. Would highly recommend.

I bought this oven, and loved it at first. It works great with cast-iron pans without scratching the glass top. The whole silver top of the oven and sides gets unusually ***hot. Like burn your skin hot, if you touch it too long. Our cabinets are even getting hot near the oven it's next to. (Not normal) We replaced our first one, and our second one has the same problem. Disappointed!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Modern Technology in a Range?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my initial purchase, I was not fully aware of all of the capability features. After I finally had the opportunity to connect it, I discovered the inability to NOT be able to utilize the majority of my cookware, simply due to their nonmagnetic composition! As it turns out, I have enough remaining cookware to prepare anything that I want, and I like many of the safety features (honestly it will take me a lot of time to truly understand most of the operational procedures). if it means anything at all, I investigate everything that I spend my hard earned money on, and what I purchased made it near the top of the list.

Great except 1 thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a kitchen aid induction double oven and replaced it with this, I was already familiar with how great this range is. One thing I noticed that is different in how difficult it is to power on the cook top, it takes multiple tries for me to get it to accept my finger. If you have oily fingers it will not work, I have to wash and dry my hands prior to use. My old range was not this difficult. 😞 If you only have one burner on you still have to select that burner to be able to adjust the temperature of the element 👎 this is a pain I hate this ‘new update’ But I am glad that I finally figured out the secret to using it, other than that this is a great range/oven. No complaints. The touch touch is actually nice to have but this model compared to my old model (2017) is a hassle. Would I still buy it? YES. Do I recommend it? Yes!
