Space saving performance.

Nice microwave that has the performance and space saving features we wanted. Doesn't take up space like a standard under cabinet microwave with a 400CFM fan. Perfect for what we needed.

Loud Buzzing

The worst experience with a microwave in 45 years of home ownership!! After one year and a week it stopped working. Not really surprised. Could be the door latch or could be control board. Who knows, cheaper to buy a new microwave. Not GE of course!
Thought this would look better in newly remodeled cabinets. It s great if you don't plan on actually using it
Cons: the low profile design makes for super long door and will hit you in the face unexpectedly upon opening.
Very Loud when running, drowns out the sound of any dishwasher. Sounds like a generator running initially.
The keypad makes tapping noise on each setting, like it's barely connecting. It also has ridiculous preset times for meal specific items that you wouldn't normally eat.
The timer is not convenient to use because it interferes with setting microwave for use and cancels out.
When bringing water to a boil in a bowl, water explodes out of cup after 2 minutes. Same with soup, oatmeal rice etc.
If cooking for longer than two minutes the interior wall makes a thumping sound, expanding for whatever reason.
Bright white exterior lights with style similar to a spaceship.
Interior condensation like I've never seen before. Wet glass possibly from exploding water.
Can't load a video because thing won't start.

CHOSE THIS FOR IT'S DESIGN AND SIZE. MY KITCHEN IS NOT BIG AND MY OLD MICROWAVE WAS TAKING TO MUCH OF MY SPACE. DIDN'T WANT A LG OR SAMSUNG, WANTED AN OLD SCHOOL BRAND THAT HAS BEEN AROUND . THESE FEW DAYS THAT WE'VE BEEN USING IT IS AWESOME

[Employee of ge_appliances] We love our new microwave. Only complaint would be the fan. Fan works great but even on low setting it sounds like a jet engine. Other than that it’s perfect.

Looks sleek. Has all the features i need. Nice light below and fairly quiet exhaust fan. Installation was straightforward but definitely a 2 person job when mounting unit. Only nitpick is wish the clock was dimmable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
