This review is for installation only. I agree with the review below. I have not used the microwave yet. Only one bolt is in so far. Several hours more to go on the second one.

I’m in the middle of installing it, and so frustrated that in this moment, want to give it negative stars. The holes for the bolts to attach to an upper cabinet are too close to the edges. I’m currently cutting out notches in the sides of my cabinets just so I can get those bolts in. Glad they aren’t new cabinets, or this microwave would be returned.

Nice microwave

Looks sleek. Has all the features i need. Nice light below and fairly quiet exhaust fan. Installation was straightforward but definitely a 2 person job when mounting unit. Only nitpick is wish the clock was dimmable.

Even though it is low profile it still has plenty of room! The controls are nice and I love the little area on the left where you can put a mug or something small that really doesn't need to rotate!

Sleek design

This is a nice slim low profile microwave. I had my cabinets refaced and decided to replace my LARGE over the oven model with this. Since my backsplash was installed with the old microwave, I now have a big gap that will need to be retiled. But it’s very sleek looking and has ample space inside since we mostly use it to reheat meals and melt chocolate.

Low Profile, Fully Functional Microwave

If a microwave needs to be attractive, this one fits the bill! The GE low profile microwave makes my kitchen look bigger and more stylish. It has more features than the previous microwave. Although it's inside capacity is a little smaller, that works for me since I won't be cooking a turkey in it. The size is perfect my cooking and reheating my meals. Love it. WIth more wall visible, the backsplash is next!

This microwave is the worst! Used for 2 days and the whole thing died. GE sent a repair person and he was able to get it working temporarily. He ordered parts, hopefully for a permanent fix.
Now the turntable makes a grinding noise while it’s turning. How hard can it be to make a reliable product.

Great design

Haven't used it yet. Love the low profile design. I don't understand why manufacturers ( like you 😉) continue to make the larger machines. In all my years of cooking, I've never needed all of that space.
