We love how thin and sleek the microwave is and it’s got great options…not confusing at all. Worth the extra money for the smaller size and allowed room for a pot filler!
I’m not sure what I think about it, as of now, Can see the back of my range without bending down
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello,
Thank you for checking in and leaving your feedback. We can't express enough just how important it is.
This microwave is a small unit although it gives a sleek appearance to your kitchen. It works perfectly great for melting of butter, caramel, chocolate and marshmallows for easy, delicious desserts.
We’re confident that you’ll be able to enjoy your microwave for years to come and feel free to reach out anytime if there’s any way we can be of assistance. -Charlie@GEAppliances
Great microwave, low profile, excellent lighting underneath. Plenty of room inside to hold food. Easy to use. My only complaint is the top 2 mounting bolt holes need to be moved back and in about inch each way. In a 30 inch cabinet opening, they are right on the edge and hard to install. Had to to widen the holes and angle the bolts to get them to thread into the holes
NOT VERY HAPPY, THAT NOTHING LIGHTS UP EXCEPT THE CLOCK.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello - Thank you for taking a moment to connect and share your review. We're sorry to see that this microwave hasn't been exceeding your expectations. That is not the goal we are aiming for.
We're going to be noting this down and sharing it with out product team to review. We know how important it can be for the control panel to have optimal visibility. Again, we appreciate you sharing this with us, it really helps us know where we need to focus.
Let us know if you have any questions, we're always happy to help. - Jonathon@GEA
We needed a shorter microwave because the cabinet above our stove was too large and a standard size unit wasn't leaving enough room for us to cook underneath. We actually melted our last one due to the flames from our gas stovetop. It's much shorter inside, but it's about 7" deeper. This is good and bad. It's rough on my 5ft tall wife due to the large shelf that now projects out. She has to use a small step ladder to access the cabinet above it now. This model REALLY NEEDS REAR KEYPAD ILLUMINATION!!! It's nearly impossible to see what key you're trying to push by it's light and a definite no go in the dark. Design flaw. It also makes all kinds of racket. I thought it was defective when it was first installed.
