Installation is so, so terrible. Please fix.

It’s a fantastic range hood/microwave combo. It looks great, just the right size, light feature is nice, the fan isn’t real quiet, but it’s not too loud.
Here’s the thing, though - installation is a freaking nightmare. The bolts to attach from the upper cabinet to the top of the unit are WAY too close to the edges of the cabinet sides. Getting this in was super difficult and there was really no reason for it. Why not bring the bolts in another inch or so? What am I missing? Also, the wall mount plate tabs could be spaced better. Installation is just… wow. Too bad, too, because if installation had not been so infuriating, I’d have given 5 stars. I really do love the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This GE slim microwave is absolutely stunning! It looks way more expensive than what a paid. So easy to operate, I just love it! It’s the perfect size for my basement kitchen! I highly recommend this microwave!

The cheaper unit lasted longer

Unit went out after 6 months. Repairman stated may have been faulty part. Repairman left and now starts with a loud buzzing sound. I’m now submitting for another repair for buzzing noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
