Stopped working in 1 week. Repairs and parts over past 3-4 weeks. It does not match the grey that’s on the other appliances purchased this one is black. Improve the product and offer the grey color please.

New low profile microwave

I love my new low profile microwave. It gives the stove top so much cleaner view. The lighting and ventilation is superb. And I love the clean lines which will go with any appliance brand.

Narrow microwave

Very easy to use. The instruction template could be easier to use as the cut lines were not as clear so hole drills were slightly off.
It is very narrow so heating things like the rice packs wont sit upright.

It’s just okay for the money. The thing to keep in mind is that this unit is significantly deeper than normal microwaves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
