Small Microwave - gotta be tall

Sleek but sticks out pretty far and you have to be 5'5" to reach - something for sales folks to communicate to potential customers. No manual provided but this is a common appliance and easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could have been 2-3” taller so it would be flush

I have a 15” tall cabinet above stove so it could have been 3” taller to fit flush with bottom of cabinet. Then microwave could have been not so long and more usable space. But glad you made one that does give me more working space over the range.

Outer / Upper mounting holes should be at least an inch closer to center. Customers have been saying this for years. Are your mechanical engineers stupid or something?
Also, for a modest cost, easily passed on to the customer, the buttons should be back-lit.
Are your electrical engineers and/or product planners stupid or something?

In the evening its hard to see the control points on the front of the microwave unless we turn on the kitchen lights.

Works well so far but it’s difficult at times to see selection buttons because they are not back lit. Would be great if they lit up upon touching pant
