Poor control panel design

The control design is not user freindly. The lack of a back-lit display and small print on buttons makes operation difficult without separate lighting.

I had a hard time finding a microwave to place over the stove that had a small profile. When this arrived, I almost returned it because I thought it was going to be too big. I was extremely pleased once it was put in place. The size is perfect for my small space. Of course, smaller appliances always cost more. This was no exception. I just hope it lasts for many, many years. So far so good!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lemon micro wave

Would not buy it again poor quality. The micro wave did not work a month before breaking down and GE has not fixed it yet because they don't have all the parts. Why is it they don't just replace it with a new one ?

GE Small profile microwave

I absolutely love love love my low profile microwave oven. I didn’t even realize such a small microwave was made. To my surprise I’m picking out my appliances. I saw this, and now I can see much more of my backsplash that I also love, after all, The only thing I use my microwave for is reheating leftovers. It’s absolutely perfect!

Small Microwave - gotta be tall

Sleek but sticks out pretty far and you have to be 5'5" to reach - something for sales folks to communicate to potential customers. No manual provided but this is a common appliance and easy to use

Slimline was just what I needed to replace 30+ year old exhaust fan and to free up counter space.

Could have been 2-3” taller so it would be flush

I have a 15” tall cabinet above stove so it could have been 3” taller to fit flush with bottom of cabinet. Then microwave could have been not so long and more usable space. But glad you made one that does give me more working space over the range.
