Was great until it quit 8 months after purchase. Am getting in touch with warranty people. But that cost a lot of money to go out in 8 months.

So far extremely disappointed. I don't know if it's GE or the installer but I have NO BOOK about how to use my microwave. Can't set the time ont it. Can't get the display to light up. Extremey disappointed. How am I supposed to use it without the written directions. I do NOT do computer downloads. Hope they mail me teh book on how to use the microwave.

We can understand having a manual copy can be a lot easier. This microwave is just what I needed although I would have liked it in cafe matte white. Took a bit to learn how to use it- in fact I’m still learning.
