So far extremely disappointed. I don't know if it's GE or the installer but I have NO BOOK about how to use my microwave. Can't set the time ont it. Can't get the display to light up. Extremey disappointed. How am I supposed to use it without the written directions. I do NOT do computer downloads. Hope they mail me teh book on how to use the microwave.

We can understand having a manual copy can be a lot easier. I bought this microwave in November and it has stopped working in April. That is why I am giving it a low score.

Was great until it quit 8 months after purchase. Am getting in touch with warranty people. But that cost a lot of money to go out in 8 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fit and finish is nice. Nice and bright LED lights, some reviews complain about the brightness but they can be dimmed. Works well, lots of features.
