Working well, albeit a little noisy at times. Love the "plus 30 seconds" feature. Love the "low profile" design.

like the microwave, and looks very nice. Should have lit buttons for cooking, hard to see cause everything is black.

Design Fail - bolt locations need to be fixed

I’m in the middle of installing it, and so frustrated that in this moment, want to give it negative stars. The holes for the bolts to attach to an upper cabinet are too close to the edges. I’m currently cutting out notches in the sides of my cabinets just so I can get those bolts in. Glad they aren’t new cabinets, or this microwave would be returned.

Huge improvement over the countertop unit .

I read that others who bought this unit thought it looked out of place . For us it fit perfect . We have an older house with kitchen cabinets that go to the ceiling . The space above the stove was unused and now we have counter space .
I would recommend this to a friend!
