3-beeps and won't start - brand new dishwasher

Dishwasher is brand new. Tried to run it for the first time and I get the "3-beep" error and dishwasher stops. Tried to reset several times with no luck. Very disappointed that I have to call service before I even use it once.

Quietly does a great job

This dishwasher has four wash cycles with a multitude of washing and drying options that can be applied to each one. This machine can hold a lot of dishes in one load. Large pots and platters are no problem. It has a couple of nice added features in a third shallow rack on the ceiling of the tub and a grid of washing jets under the silverware basket. We have washed about 25 loads and found only one spoon that did not get completely clean! It does a great job of washing and drying what ever is inside of it and does it very quietly.

Decent for the cost

Not horrible not great. I wish I had purchased a slightly higher quality. The drying feature is very touchy, I have to use a dry boost otherwise the dishes come out wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet a d 3rd rack

Pros: 3rd rack for silverware. Very quiet. Does a good job cleaning dishes.
Cons: glassware rack glides could be smother. Lower rack plate holders spaced so far apart ony useful for large plates.
