Delivery was timely and polite, and we are excited to install it but are having trouble getting our account set up so that we can download the actual product instructions. The push to rate the product is interfering with access my account. This is the second try. Let's see if this works.

Rust!

Installation was fairly easy and it runs pretty quiet. However in a few short months (5 to be exact) the top tray started rusting. I bought this unit in September 2023 and by February 2024 it's rusting already. Not acceptable! I need a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I haven’t bought a new dishwasher in 20 years. My old one finally went out and I can say with certainty buying this GE dishwasher was the best purchase I have made in a few years. It is a fantastic appliance and has absolutely exceeded my expectations and as cheesy as it sounds, washing dishes is my favorite chore because this makes it so easy!

High tech features.

Too high tech. I just wanted a dishwasher to preheat the water and let the dishes air dry without a heat cycle. I’m not sure exactly what a cycle is doing. I found a plate that didn’t get clean on unloading this morning.
However, it IS very quiet.
And I really like the third basket on top, for cleaning kitchen utensils and small items.
It took quite a bit of time and effort to download the manual. I miss the old printed ones.
