Not sure this was the right choice

I replaced a 10 year old Maytag dishwasher and my first impression of this dishwasher was a very CHEAP feeling. Ran my first load and most of the dishes were not dry. The plastic stuff had water marks all over it (yes I have rinse aid added). This dishwasher took twice as long to run as my old one and the inside holds less. I also wanted that 3rd rack, well that is a joke, very useless really. I bought GE since I have the washer/dryer and wanted a made in the USA product. I'm not sure I made the right decision.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I should have stuck with the basic model.
The plastics do not dry at all. We have to set them out to dry on a drying mat when load is completed.
We have had to re run our dishwasher for a second time because the soap didn’t properly dissolve and stick to the door.
Had service once and appeared to be fine. We have had this one for three months now- I’ll be calling service again. 🤦🏻♀️

Quiet and Beautiful

Quiet, and cleaned my dishes beautifully! They were so shiny and clean! We’ve had old ones and they don’t even compare to these newer models! We are so excited to keep using it! After going months without one, feels good to have a new dishwasher!

I was skeptical when I purchased this dishwasher. My old one was 20 years old. They don't make em like they used to. It is totally different. Digital controls. Easy to use. Utensil catty is all the way to one side. OK. More room. I didn't think I'd like the individual slots for each utensil. I tried it. I actually like it. The upper large utensil rack is great for all my sharp knives and cooking utensils. Very quiet when it runs. I find it much easier to load this machine. I wish I would have bought a new machine sooner. So far, I am very pleased.

Not what we expected 🫣

Not thrilled with the silverware tray. You have to use sanitize to get it to almost completely dry the dishes.

Great Product!

This dishwasher is so quiet. We would not even watch TV with the old one running (it was so loud). The installer was excellent and took only one hour from start to finish.
