To start, the designers of this unit, likely have never used a dishwasher in the past. The racks are all wrong. The middle rack isn't fit to hold any sort of plastic lids. The shape of it and the prongs/uprights don't allow lids to sit vertically. The WHOLE rear of the bottom rack is only designed to fit large dinner plates. Nothing else. The front of the bottom rack has only straight vertical prongs. Bowls do not fit well in them.
Now, it does get the dishes clean. AFTER A 3 HOUR CYCLE!
The BIGGEST issue I have with it is, even after a whole 3 hour wash the dishes smell like fishy soap. Right out of the box and to this day. The soap isn't washed away.

My advice would be to get your old one repaired.

Good Features, Quiet.

Have used the washer for a few weeks now. I haven't really worked it hard yet. We'll wait for Thanksgiving guests that like to leave cereal bowls for me to clean that have dried like cement.
I don't love the lack of an obvious place for bowls, but I'll get used to that. I think that the inside is smaller than our previous plastic and loud dishwasher.
The door seems flimsy, but I am sure that it will be fine. The Whirlpool felt sturdier. Time will tell if the matters.

Controls not placed properly. Every time door is opened the start button goes on, bad placement of start button. utensil containers seem very narrow

Extra power and adjustable rack

Installed easily. First load worked well. So quiet. Very nice unit. Love the extra jets for silverware and glasses. Adjustable glasses rack. And no fingerprints!

Great dishwasher

Love the look. It’s sleek and no label on the front. The buttons are hidden so my toddler can not play with them. I also love the adjustable rack and the 3rd top rack. The dry power is amazing I don’t have to hand dry plastic containers anymore. It is also quiet which is just a bonus for me.

I would be at a 5 star rating except almost immediately on of the rollers for the bottom rack constantly came off when pulling out the rack.

Very good product with one annoyance

Likes: Cleans very well - even grimy dishes & pots, very quiet, straight forward operation, status light (yellow, washing in progress)/white (wash cycle complete) is handy, top rack for small items is a winner, bottle wash jets w/clamps is a great feature, overall, a good value for the money spent.
Needs improvement: The rolling mechanism on the bottom rack needs a design improvement, as it tends to detach and fall off. Can be clicked back into place, but a pain, esp if the rack is loaded.
I would recommend this to a friend!
