It's a great dishwasher. Items come out clean and dry.
Some plastic glasses with concave bottoms may not be completely dry. Unit is very quiet.

I pick this one because I had an older one like it. So was able to change out the racks that I liked from my older machine. The older machine started leaking and replacement parts were not available any longer. It was only 7 years old. Nothing last anymore, Quality of Product is ok. Not as nice as my last one. Will not buy expensive one because I know it is not worth the Price. I guess we will see how long this one last.

So far (one day) I love it. We have the recessed handle and it looks sharp. Also like that it has blades to chop food (even though we rinse the dishes, I have 8 grandkids!) it has everything I need and controls are hidden also. Very sleek design and lots of room inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pump replaced

Dishwasher is very quit while washing. Does seem to take a long time , shortest wash time is about 2 hours. We did have to have a pump replaced after 4 months Hoping that was a fluke .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey there- Thank you for reviewing your new dishwasher. It is great to hear that the dishwasher is quiet. We're sorry that the pump had to be replaced so soon and that cycles are taking longer than you expected. It is normal for dishwashers to run for up to two hours or more under certain conditions. Cycles times vary because of the clean sensors due to the sensor extending or decreasing cycle time and number of fills based on the soil level. Dishwashers now run longer to ensure good wash performance, but they use less energy while running. Also, in using less water, your water heater does not need to provide as much hot water and therefore is not using energy to heat more water. This is an outstanding dishwasher. It is the quietest I have ever heard and cleans even the toughest food from my plates and pans.

My spouse wishes the silverware / flatware basket was located in the door as having to pull out the lower basket ... she says is a pain.
