Needs better instructions!!!

Our only complaint is the lack of instructions beyond the most basic. We were locked into a 4 hour cycle for days before we finally found the magic combination of buttons to push together to unlock the “child safety” lock! Suggestions on how to use the racks effectively would be most helpful as well. We are seeing that we cannot load as much into this dishwasher as we did in our old one.

Choose Something Else

Do yourself a favor and choose something else. Have had this dishwasher for almost 3 years now and I regret buying it. When it works, it works fine. But it almost never works. Had issues with the control panel within 2 months of buying it, it was fixed by a repairman using GE parts and now a year and a half later we’re having more issues that seem to be panel related. Also, got the stainless steel racks thinking they would hold up better, but the wheels and other pieces are plastic and just straight up junk. Just really want a normally, consistently functioning dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If so, we recommend disconnecting it from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. Would not buy again.

It does its job but I am not loving it. I previously had an LG and wish I would have waited to buy the same dishwasher. The middle rack does not roll smoothly. The botton rack is smaller than my old one. I dont love the wider slots on the botton rack. I cant put my small plates on that side. I cant load my large plates next to a large pot. It doesn't dry as well as It should either. Would not recommend.

We love the fridge, but we do have a problem with the freezer draw not activating the closed switch. So the light will not turn off and this will not let us activate the open door alarm
I would recommend this to a friend!
