[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the unit. This is our second unit. Moved to new house and got a new unit. It is quite and cleans well. Only downside are the pods don't eject all the way. Most of the time they do if they are dry. Wish GE could add a decise to push pods out of door holder.

The top rack doesn't seem like it's lot of room. It's very quiet. The rinse aid spot hard to open. When received door has dent. Waiting for new door from appliances. Very happy with it

rack setup is not optimal - to me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] rack setup is interesting. I am still getting used to the skinny top level and remembering that i put something there. I wonder why the prongs on the bottom rack rear needed to be that far apart. it means i must be careful loading; also loading the top - seems like there is bigger opening and i've had items fall out of the top rack while I'm loading. I do not like that every time i grab the door to open, i turn it on.
