Finally! Clean Dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally have clean dishes after running a load! Love that utensil caddy has dedicated sprayers. This is the 3rd dishwasher we’ve had in the past 7 years, and the first one we’re happy with.

Annoying loud hum, great washing performance

A couple weeks after the dishwasher was installed, it started making this really loud humming noise that can be heard across the house while it's doing a spray cycle. Pretty annoying. Besides that, works great! Cleans the dishes really well when temp boost is on, and drys them well. Washing performance is great. Noise is an annoyance.

We would like to help and provide some guidance regarding the humming noise you are hearing. Your dishwasher motor may make humming sounds during operation that are normal. This sound occurs because of the following:
-The fan that cools the main pump motor is rotating.
-The soft food disposer may be grinding up food waste.
-The drain pump may be operating.
If the dishwasher is working properly, these are normal sounds.
We also have an article that we will link below that will have the normal and abnormal sounds for you to review.
