Poor/dangerous design

The spinner arms are made of plastic and wobble when they rotate. The lower one made contact with the heating element and melted, causing the arm to get stuck, which caused water to leak during a cycle. Very poor design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher! Love that this dishwasher actually dries my dishes including plastics well. My last dishwasher left my dishes so wet I had to hand dry as I put them away even occasionally re-wash. So far this dishwasher has left dishes clean and ready to be put away!

It is very quiet and has a great capacity and all the cycles we were looking for in a dishwasher. We were looking for something that is energy efficient and it meets the qualifications. The installation was quick and simple by the qualified contractor who delivered and hauled off our old dishwasher. We normally purchase GE Appliances. They have never let us down.

Shorter cycle

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that I would like to have the option of a shorter, speed cycle. Sometimes I have a small load that I don’t want sitting for a day until I can fill it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is so quiet, I can barely tell it’s running. I wish the spacing of the slots in the middle rack had some variation. Martini glasses don’t fit well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far (2 weeks) I’m happy with our purchase. Relatively quiet when running and does a great job. Haven’t tried all the settings but the 1 hour wash and normal drying time have done the job.
