Had dishwasher for 4 months and already had to call tech to work on it. Stops and will not come back on. Not dependable to run when you want it too. This one replaced first one I purchased in less than 2.5 yrs

Great except the top rack

The top rack hasn't fully come out to load the dishwasher easily since installation.

It's very difficult to push the bottom rack in when it is full. You absolutely must stand right in front to get it on the tracks and go in. Also it's to easy to push the control buttons when you push the door closed. The top basket isn't deep enough to hold most of my utensils. I wish I had never purchased it.

We are glad to assist you with your dishwasher. When the racks are sticking or not rolling smoothly, the most common cause is either hard water mineral build-up or a build-up of detergent residue. We recommend using a high quality dishwasher cleaner as well as a rinse agent.
