Great Dishwasher?

We have had our dishwasher just under 2 months and so far it is great. It does a great job of getting dishes clean, has large capacity and is extremely quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't like this dishwasher. It does not clean the dishes. I thought the third rack would be great but it obstructs the water from getting to the second rack. Also have to lower the second rack some times to get the tall plastic glasses in and then can't put anything tall on the third rack. Don't like at all. I liked my old Whirlpool dishwasher better. Do you make Whirlpool? It would be nice if you replaced this GE dishwasher for a Whirlpool at no extra charge!!

We would like to help you with the washing performance of your dishwasher. We recommend ensuring that the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F. Using high-quality detergents in tablet or packet form can also help improve cleaning results. Additionally, proper loading of the dishwasher plays a key role in performance. It does a good job of cleaning. But it doesn’t dry well, especially plastics and the top shelf. There’s also a lot of moisture that builds up inside. I have to leave it open to dry.

We are thrilled that this dishwasher is cleaning as designed. For the best drying results, make sure that dishes are not touching. Fancy cookware can also keep dishes from drying properly. For example, dimples, indents or etching allows water to pool resulting in dishes remaining wet at the end of the cycle. Also, be sure not to overload dishes in the dishwasher.
Check the rinse aid dispenser and fill it if it is empty. Rinse aids prevent spots on glasses and promote drying by causing water to sheet off of dishware and glassware. Rinse aids such as Jet-Dry® can be purchased in your local grocery store. Extremely quiet, capacity is great and the cleaning is exceptional compared to my old Fredgidaire. The options of cycles was a pleasant surprise. Don't Have any info on energy used. Installation was relatively easy.
