So far so good love my new dishwasher and the best part is the top shelf for spatula’s and serving spoons. The second shelf is adjustable to fit larger items if needed. It also looks awesome in my kitchen!! Very happy with my purchase

Fire hazard dangerous

This is a dangerous product. Numerous reports of Rack wheels falling off and melting on heating elements releasing dangerous fumes and smoke. A fire hazard. No recall?

The installation process in the manual leaves a lot to be desired and is not easy to follow. The pictures are very generic and could use some simple editing adding words and arrows to show the front, frame and door as references. The jack bolts for legs are wobbly and the pre- tapped holes are a little large for the thread size and are easily stripped if not careful when reinserted after removing the wood skid.
The finish work at the cabinet base leaves the dishwasher frame protruding out and visible from the outside. Poor design of the base curtain.

Too early to tell for sure

I've only had the dishwasher a short while and have run it three times. I'm pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is. I wish the various options were explained; I imagine I'll just be using the normal wash. Plus I'm unsure of the safe way to load dishes/bowls/pots, etc. I don't like that the back section allows only for large dinner plates. I run out of room for my saucers and bread plates which are too small for these slots. Also, the "clean" light seems to remain on so I've been restarting and then cancelling a cycle just to turn it off. A bit frustrating. That could be due to the fact that I'm 73 and this is a replacement for my 30 year old dishwasher which finally died.

Quiet Dishwasher

We love how quiet this dishwasher is. You can’t even tell it’s running. I’m still trying to figure out the best cycle because the dishwashing soap container can sometimes have leftover dishwashing soap in it and the dishes don’t always clean. We definitely have to make sure we rinse before loading.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would highly recommend this dishwasher! Great capacity, very quiet and looks great in my new kitchen. A variety of cycles and all are very capable of tackling the dirtiest dishes!
Really like the upper shelf for utensils and the shelves move so smoothly, its actually fun to load and unload the dishwasher!
