Doesn’t clean very well

We’ve had our dishwasher for about 6 months. When comparing it to the 23 year old GE dishwasher it replaced, the positive thing I can say about it is that it is significantly quieter.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t clean as well as it’s predecessor. Even when cleaning on the heavy cycle, I have to consistently rewash items, especially silverware. Additionally, any taller items in the bottom rack will cause the spray arm to be blocked and not rotate. This results in a lousy cleaning result. The lack of clearance on the bottom rack is caused by the addition of a third rack on top. This top rack is useless due to its tiny height and items that do fit on it do not come out clean. My final complaint is that even when using the rinse aid dispenser, the dishes remain soaking wet for hours after a cycle.
Considering the cost of this dishwasher, I cannot recommend it.

I'm nit-picking but overall a good machine.

The top rack sure seems like a good idea, but things need to be pre-cleaned prior to going in the top. That area does not clean well. The dry-boost needs to stay on high but it does dry well when in use. Install was pretty seamless, nothing complicated. Extremely quiet during use. Took a bit to get used to not pushing buttons on top when opening and closing the door. Adjustable center rack height is helpful. I do wish spacing on center rack posts was different. Putting Tupperware in slides around due to post distances and angle of the base of the center rack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am running the first cycle through the dishwasher. It’s a little louder than our old GE dishwasher we replaced. It was installed within 30 minutes. Looks great.

We love our new dish washer. It runs so quietly and does a great job cleaning our dishes. The nozzles clean the bottom of our tallest glasses. We recommend this appliance for quality of performance and value of the price.
