Very quiet and does a great job. Love the 3rd tier and the ability to raise or lower the 2nd tier. Also love the additional jets under the silverware section.

I’ve had the product for a 2 months and it stopped pulling water into the system and the lid to the soap does not open during the wash cycle.

We recommend resetting your washer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician.
