I've had the dishwasher for about three weeks, so far I'm very pleased. I am a light user considering it's just me. It's quiet and cleans dishes sufficiently.

Like the top lid/knife rack, the spouts that clean my sports cups and also the bottom tack spouts for the silver ware

Great dishwasher. My only complaint is you need a special tool to get the wooden base off to install and the tracks can be less easy to wheel the drawers in and out after a bit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the way it looks. It runs pretty quiet. Its controls are hidden under countertop. Its run cucle is very long 4:19 and not impressed with drying. Top shelf is something new to me, cool idea but I'm not overly impressed with it, almost forget it's there. I like the silverware basket on the door better than on the side where it is on this, but it does seem to hold a little more than my previous dw. The bottle jets are a nice feature that may not get used much. It seems to clean pretty well and is good for its price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend checking to ensure you have a minimum of 120°F water coming into the unit. For additional information please see the following support article -- https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451&_ga=2.35654048.1028998223.1731333455-1690165897.1718131113 -- Also, you control the cycle time based on the cycle and options you choose. Once you select your wash cycle, any additional options you choose such as Steam, Wash Temp Boost or Dry Boost will add more time to the total cycle time.

great dishwasher

so far this has been a great dishwasher. Our dishes come out really clean with little prewash necessary. It is so quiet that we forget that it is running. We also like the 3rd rack on the top for utensils.

This is probably the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned, it is well built, very quiet and my glasses and dishes come out, squeaky clean.

If your dishes are not drying, please ensure that your inlet water temperature is at least 120 degrees F., that you're using a rinse agent, and that you're leaving the door closed for an additional 90 minutes once the clean light has come on. If these tips do not help, please schedule service by calling 833-426-3393.
