I love the concept. Perf for nightime viewing.
I would recommend this phone any summer day but because of the cooling feature its not quite comfy to hold in winter months. Thankfully i can just fold/flip it and walk away. Only gave 4 * due to battery discharge in a matter of hours from 100% .

I have researched for a cell phone for me and I can say I do like the styles on these z flipp phones. I'd love to have the pink, silver white or yellow one for myself.. All agreed a pawn writing guidelines for sure.

Junk! Husband and I got brand new phones.. within 1 month my pixels on my screen showing thru. Less then a month later my husband has a white line thru his screen. They are under warranty... but you have to send the phone into Samsung for warranty work... and buy a burner phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible since latest software update

I used to love my Z Flip until this most recent update. The Share feature no longer works from the photo gallery; it won't show text message as an option for sharing, just completely random outlook contacts are the only sharing suggestions.
The phone app now has a super prominent button for video calling right next to the call button, making it way too easy to accidentally video call someone (nightmare!)
The Settings icon is now so tiny, and it's such an important button.
The DND notification icon looks exactly like the text message notification icon, so I'm constantly thinking I received a text when it's just the DND. And the new emojis are so creepy. Please bring back the old emojis!
