Very disappointed

Had only two months screen broke as well. Don't get. Now I'm having trouble with getting it replaced and it's not even fully paid for. I refuse to pay for something I didn't even have that long and can't use in such a short period of time. Spectrum has refused to help me with their issue. I'm very disappointed. Never again.

Defective Device With Poor Support

Terrible device and one that will cost more than you think. I've had a Flip 3 and Flip 5. BOTH had problems with the hinge, where the phone would stop turning on when opened. Samsung will do ANYTHING to blame this defect on the customer, force an insurance claim, and charge a deductible. They do NOT know ho to make the hinges reliable. Buy this phone at your own risk, but KNOW that you will pay extra for the defects.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Let's fix the battery, please

I owned a Flip 4 and loved it, so when the Flip 5 came out I was very excited. Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed in my Flip 5. The front screen being larger is great and I use it alot. But the battery leaves something to be desired. I have to charge my phone twice a day or else it doesn't last until the next morning. My Flip 4 had a battery that lasted all thru the night with time still available. I use my Flip phone for my alarm to wake me in the morning. So it is very important that it lasts until then. I am a Samsung loyal customer and it saddens me to have to say anything bad about any of their products. I'm hoping that the battery will be fixed in the Flip6 so you will be able to once again, brag about the clabshell again.

Battery is too small, dead pixel within first 3 months. Have to find a replacement and send in for repair.

Good phone, Polarized Screen Sucks

Good phone, except for the polarized screen. The phone works ok, but I drive a lot and I cannot see the screen with my sunglasses on unless I turn the screen sideways, which does not work for many apps. I do NOT recommend this phone for anyone with polarized sunglasses.

Weak points on the edge of the screen

Bought this phone back in August and love it! However, similar to the Flip 4, the edges around the screen, notably right above the hinge, chip easily and expose the rubber underneath. I was hoping the new gen would've had a stronger outline, but I guess not. Phone runs and works beautifully. But issues with the hinges don't make it worth it.

Feels like this is for younger people.

The phone looks like a great concept so i felt like trying it out, but it feels like its for a younger demographic, I find that compare to my S23 ultra this feels fragile, i feel insecure with the opening and closing it all the time, i can see why some people can be interested in something like this but its not for me.
