Worst Samsung ever

Worst phone in the history of Samsung! My first Flip 5 stopped working after about 3 months. I told it back to Verizon, and was told that it's very common for the Flip phones to have major issues. I was given another Flip 5, but again, I am having issues. Verizon's help department (IT) informed me that closing my Flip 5 will cause issues. I hate this phone so much.

Sorely disappointed

I traded in my GalaxyFlip3 , which I loved , for the Flip5 & I am SO disappointed in the new model . It types words in the middle of what I'm typing , the screen freezes up . I find the upgrades confusing . The only real plus for me is the increased battery life ... I only charge once a day now .

This phone sucks it's fragile I do agree with the comments my phone has a dent in it and the speaker on my phone the part where you put it on speaker the part of the speaker where you talk on the ear that speaker that is broken and it sucks the speaker doesn't work oh also I never told this to samsung but when I listen to music out loud of my phone the weirdest thing is that the volume turns down on the phone and idk why it down that it's very strange and odd that it does that it has never done that before and now it's doing that I am not pressing any buttons to turn down the music all in all this phone sucks I don't recommend to others its a bad phone do not get this phone I don't like this phone at all not happy with my purchase at all

Stay Away

Not a good phone. I've had the phone for less than a year and I already need a second service. The first time, it cracked in the middle from the inside, from just flipping the phone. Currently, my screen is now a lot dimmer from the bottom half. I don't recommend this phone. You'll just spend time at the phone repair shop. Really disappointed.

Received the phone in September and had to repair the screen once already. Make that twice because now there's a very bright flickering light. It's so obnoxious, I'm afraid I might have a seizure.

Do not even buy this in your dream. It has been my favorite phone since 6 months ago. I loved the fingerprint sensor in the side. Butttttt.......there are too many buts.....the top of the screen went blank and started flickering suddenly for no reason. Now it's useless and waste of money.
