[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a month ago. Sometimes using a heavy stand mixer is just not necessary and this did the trick. So much more convenient. I used it for cake batter, but it is powerful, so I imagine it will work for heavier doughs, too. I wish it was designed to lean against the bowl, but other that, works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago, to replace my 15 year old (other brand) that has finally decided to give up. 12 dozen cupcakes (icing too) was my first work out for it. Ran great, didn't bog down when making large batches. Outside never felt hot to touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 8 months ago and it only lasted 3 month when the turn on and off button fell off and I couldn't turn it on. I couldn't use it after that. I tried contacting Kitchen aid since I did have it under warrantly although that was going thru hoops without any luck
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
