Broke on third use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hoping I just got the lemon.... third time I used my mixer, the on/off/speed button broke. I now have high speed only; and to turn it off, I have to unplug. Off to warranty page next..... hope that works better than my mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the mixer in Dec.2018, by June 2019 the on/off speed bottom fell apart inside. To turn it off you had to unplug it.
I'll see how the replacement does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I caution anyone who mixes things on low as level 1 is very fast and not the typical level 1 I am accustomed to.

I have a big kitchen aid that I love but needed something for small jobs and I figured the big one doesn’t disappoint so the hand held would be the same. And I was right

great featurs and speed

Made a quick trip to Kohls to purchase another KitchenAid. Was able to finish preparing my appetizer and made the party on tine. Just love KitchenAid.
