It's powerful enough for most tasks, from whipping cream to mixing cookie dough. The five speeds give good control, and it's comfortable to hold. The beaters are easy to attach and clean, and it's relatively quiet. I also love that it’s compact and lightweight. I just wish it had a bit more power for tougher mixes and that the beaters were longer. Overall, a great mixer that I'd definitely recommend.

Its super easy to clean, nothing gets stuck on the mixing paddles themselve. The paddles go in easy and come out with the press of a button.

Good Kitchen Basic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Kitchen Aid fan, have several of their kitchen tools and appliances, and own a KA stand mixer. I have never had a hand mixer from them, so I was excited to get the opportunity to test this one out! It is a 5 speed hand mixer in the classic KA red color. It comes with 2 beaters, has a single sliding button control, and a release button as shown in the photos. There is no “turbo”
adjustment, so top speed is 5. I chose to try the mixer on a recipe that seems to bog down some hand mixers, a chocolate chip cookie dough. It performed perfectly well at all stages of the recipe. Of course, it
was able to blend the eggs and vanilla and sugars together. Once
the flower and dry ingredients were added, it continued to perform without any trouble. If there were any complaints at all, I would have to say at top speed, the mixer still doesn’t perform like others of comparable value that I have tried. To the positive, it also did not lose speed, or seem to have problems combining, and blending all thick ingredients. I have posted a video as an example! I would have no hesitation about purchasing this mixer as a great basic addition to your kitchen for every day cooking! Thank you, Influenster for the opportunity to give it a try!
