[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new hand mixer and wanted to try the KitchenAid one. I like the KA products generally and know that they have made these mixers for quite some time. I has not disappointed. I like the variation of speeds the most!

It's an OK mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not what I expected from a KITCHEN AID name. Beaters are chintzy and the 5 speeds hardly speed up. I was ready to throw away my 40 year old hand mixer, but now I'll keep it as a back up for when this 5-speed breaks down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

easy removal and placement of beater bars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this around Christmas time, every year for the last few years i bought a cheap hand mixer and its either bad luck or bad product because we would use them for making cookies and Bam the motor would stop so this year i bought me the kitchen aid hand mixer and i just love it hasn't burned up on me. lol i use it for everything i need a small mixer for when larger quantities are made i use my kitchen aid stand mixer. i just love kitchen aid
