No power when m8xong mash potatoes

Beaters hard to insert

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hand mixer a month ago and it works fine once you get the second beater in. It takes a LOT of work and time to get it lined up just right so it will click. I’ve sometimes just used one beater because I didn’t have time to mess with it

Not really anything wrong with the old one, just the way it looked. So I retired the old one and bought a new one, same model just a pretty aqua one! Here’s to another 15 years to the new one!!!!
